CICADAS is the newest 2-song offering from A Continent Named Coma, recorded between 2021-2022, which serves as a bridge between everything that has been released by the band up to this point, and what they have in store for the future. These songs were originally intended for a split release with another band, but the project ended up being scrapped for various reasons. After that dissolved, they took the tracks that were left over from the recording sessions and mixed them at Ryan's house. The result is an explosive pair of songs that capture the essence of the band, while also pushing their sound further in a new direction, which will be fully realized with the upcoming LP they are now working on.

"Kokeshi (The Sky Through Takashi's Eyes)" is based on the graphic novel "Portus" by Jun Abe
